Compliance Kudos
During most conversations with anyone from the Compliance department, you hear a discussion regarding letters. Recently, the IRS contract has gone through a complete overhaul of the entire letter library, including a few re-takes, an ask of the client. This is not an easy task, it requires countless hours spent creating the templates, working collaboratively with IRS' PCA's, as the letters are now uniform. The department has also been working with IT on mapping, testing, working with the letter vendor, etc., and all the while ensuring other tasks are still handled. Celeste Vargas and Matt Kinmartin handled this task without flaw, and while training others in the department the intricacies of this process. Thank you, Celeste, and Matt, we appreciate all of your efforts.

Talent Acquisition, Top Performer
Talent Acquisition's Top Performer this month is Grace Judge. In September of 2024, while Desiree Dickey of the Talent Acquisition team was out on vacation for the full week, Grace maintained all her daily responsibilities and took on several tasks that Desiree would have been responsible for to ensure the department was operating efficiently in her absence. She also set time aside to train new team members on the interview mailbox and month end clean up, and closing requisitions after fully dispositioning all applicants to the appropriate steps of the recruiting process. In addition, when Desiree returned from vacation, she found the inboxes looking the best they had in six months, when we started our last mass hire. Having Grace in the office gave the team reassurance and confidence that everything was under control while Desiree was out. We are grateful and appreciative of all she took on.

Human Resources, Top Performer
HR is excited to announce Chelsea Crawford as our Top Performer for the month! Chelsea is a huge asset to our team, thanks to her remarkable ability to solve problems creatively and her unwavering passion for ensuring her team's success. Her leadership not only inspires but motivates us to push ourselves to achieve our best and approach challenges with confidence. What sets her apart is her adaptability, no matter the situation or constant changes that come with being a government contractor, she adjusts with ease. Her accomplishments speak volumes, from spearheading a successful 401k audit and gracefully training two new generalists, to creating invaluable resources and guides for the team to thrive. Overseeing benefits, she has also streamlined the process for tracking and enrolling employees, making it seamless and efficient for everyone.

He has also been instrumental in coordinating the upcoming First Responders Day cookout and delivered standout online video content for employees, including highlights from the Coast Cares golf tournament.
