Top Performer: This month we recognize Crystal Wimberly as Compliance's Top Performer. Crystal primarily audits telephone calls for the Campus, DOR, and Fiscal programs. With the increase in call volume on IRS, Crystal has eagerly accepted the challenge of assisting with auditing that line of business and has proven she can manage shuffling between the assigned tasks with enthusiasm. Business Development Kudos
Congratulations to Diana Day for leading the way on our latest major win: a four-year contract with the State of Michigan Department of Treasury, valued at nearly $19 million.
This was truly a team effort. Melissa Keller delivered the winning proposal, likely with support behind the scenes, and Bill Washburn and the Operations team deserve special recognition for their performance on the State of Oregon contract, which helped secure a glowing reference to Michigan. Their collective efforts undoubtedly helped us cross the finish line.

Talent Acquisition Top Performers
Cheri King and Tammy Schirmer stepped up in a big way this month! Despite their own workload, the Geneseo HR Team has been instrumental in supporting Talent Acquisition—saving applications, processing declines, and helping ensure a smooth transition for the newest Fiscal class in East Aurora and the latest IRS reps in West Monroe.
Their time, effort, dedication, and willingness to help made a huge impact. Talent Acquisition can’t thank them enough. Call them Coastie, because they’re the GOATs!
