AppDev's top performer this month is Jason Moore, for the process he developed to extend payment arrangements on the IRS line of business. Jason was able to build this, and it was successfully audited in production for over a month with zero issues found. This was a substantial change that was made almost seamlessly after many hours of dedicated work by Jason.

Talent Acquisiton, Top Performer
January's Talent Acquisition Top Performer is Kelly Hayes. There have been many changes in the Talent Acquisition department over the last several weeks, and Kelly has taken them all in stride. She has not shied away from any increased workload, additional tasks, or new processes. She is always eager to start the day and makes the most out of every situation. For January alone, Kelly managed 53.36% of the team's total call volume - a lot of which come from her calling each applicant that has an interview the following day to remind them of that scheduled interview. She is really stepping up to the plate to assist the department in all its needs. The team is incredibly lucky to have her!
