AppDev, Top Performer
AppDev's top performer is Doug Dumont. Doug is always willing to jump in and assist when there is an issue. Doug enjoys teaching others and assisting the department however he can. He developed code for Client Service to automate several manual processes for the DOR and Campus lines of business. He was also instrumental in automating several processes within IRS to eliminate manual error. We appreciate his hard work and dedication.
IT Infrastructure, Top Performer
For IT Infrastructure this month, we wanted to recognize Eric Alguire and Tim Coughlin as the top performers. Over the last month, they have both put a ton of time and effort into making the switch from our older Cisco switches to our new Fortinet ones. They have both gone above and beyond to get these swapped out, whether that meant starting the work after hours so collections teams could finish their night shifts, or travelling to West Monroe and working into the weekend. The amount of time and effort they have given is greatly appreciated.
Not only have they done the extra work of just getting the new devices implemented, but they have both been extremely helpful in troubleshooting any issues that came up after the changes as well, helping us keep the downtime to a minimum so that the in office teams could work with very limited interruption. Thank you both for all that you do!
