AppDev's top performer this month is Damian Buchanan, for his assistance on the Fiscal line of business. He built a new Payment Arrangement (PA) process to allow reps to quickly put multiple PAs on file with both credit cards and checks. This process saves the operations team time and allows them to be more efficient. He communicates and works well with the departments who open tickets and is always looking for ways to improve processes.
