DIMONDALE, MI (July 28, 2026) – Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) is proud to announce that employees in its Dimondale, Michigan office raised $1,170 during the second quarter to support Haven House, a nonprofit organization that guides and supports families experiencing homelessness on their path toward stable, long‑term housing. Coast’s quarterly donation initiative allows employees to directly support local charities doing meaningful work in the communities where they live and work.

Each quarter, Coast employees nominate local nonprofits and vote on which will receive the collective employee donation. In Dimondale, Haven House received the most votes, and the remaining nominees will be considered in future quarters. The selection reflects employees’ strong appreciation for Haven House’s mission and its commitment to helping families across the greater Lansing area find safety, stability, and a fresh start.

Haven House has served families in crisis since 1983, providing temporary shelter, food, clothing, personal care items, and daily support. Using a housing‑first approach, staff members work closely with clients to help them secure permanent housing as quickly as possible, offering guidance on budgeting, landlord communication, and goal setting. Beyond immediate shelter, Haven House provides long-term support through its Partners in Progress (PIP) program, which assists families for up to a year after they transition into permanent housing. Through coaching, connection to community resources, and ongoing encouragement, PIP helps parents strengthen financial stability, employment readiness, childcare planning, and parenting skills.
