Coast Professional, Inc. Training Lead Bryon Monteleone Named a 2026 Emerging Training Leader
GENESEO, N.Y. (October 5, 2026) — Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) announced today that Training Lead Bryon Monteleone has been named one of Training magazine’s 2026 Emerging Training Leaders. This national accolade recognizes outstanding talent, accomplishments, and leadership among learning and development professionals who have spent two to 10 years in the industry.
Monteleone was selected as one of 25 winners across the United States following a peer-nomination process evaluated by Training Hall of Fame inductees and the publication’s editorial advisory board. The judging panel reviewed nearly 50 nationwide nominations, selecting leaders who excel in employee coaching, business acumen, innovative training design, and strategic thinking.
“Bryon’s work speaks volumes, and he is highly deserving of this national award,” said Jonathan Prince, Coast’s Chief Executive Officer. “He is exceptionally skilled at what he does, and his ability to design high-impact programs has been a tremendous asset to our organization. We congratulate him on this well-earned recognition.”
As Coast’s Training Lead, Monteleone oversees company-wide training and development across multiple locations, managing a team of four trainers and supporting approximately 20 individuals during peak onboarding cycles. Over the last year, his work has reached more than 150 employees across the organization, including leading onboarding programs for new office launches in Michigan and New Jersey, and coaching first-time trainers to ensure a consistent, compliant ramp-up for new teams.
A recent major initiative led by Monteleone, the Elevating Leaders Training Course, successfully standardized frontline management onboarding across all lines of corporate business. The program trained 45 newly hired managers and directly targeted operational efficiency by reducing corrective action rework with Human Resources. Post-training data yielded strong behavior change metrics, with 80% to 90% of participants reporting complete confidence in key processes and approximately 95% rating instructor effectiveness at the highest level.
“I am beyond grateful for my company, the nomination, and this national recognition,” Monteleone said. “An honor like this is only possible because of the collaborative environment we share at Coast and the incredible support I receive from our leadership and entire team every single day.”
The 2026 winners will be featured in individual profiles within the March 2027 print issue of Training magazine and will be honored during an awards ceremony on Feb. 23, 2027, at Disney World’s Coronado Springs Resort during the Training 2027 Conference & Expo in Orlando, Florida. This individual accolade builds upon a historic year of milestones for Coast’s professional development team, which was also ranked sixth in the national 2026 Training MVP Awards, marking seven consecutive years of organizational recognition for employee training excellence.
