VOORHEES, N.J. (Sept. 25, 2026) — Coast Professional, Inc. held a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 9, for its new office in Voorhees, New Jersey, marking a major operational milestone. Located at 401 White Horse Road, the 36,056-square-foot facility opened June 15 and has already expanded its local workforce to more than 200 team members.

Operations at the site handle contact center and business process outsourcing services, including debt collection, customer assistance, issue resolution, and account servicing. The expansion builds on Coast’s five decades of experience delivering secure, compliance-driven customer support and collection services for commercial, private, and government clients.

The grand opening event brought together company leadership, state partners, and regional dignitaries, including U.S. Rep. Donald Norcross. The event was held in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey, a regional community partner.

“Establishing our new office in Voorhees is a significant step forward for Coast’s long-term growth,” said Jonathan Prince, Coast’s Chief Executive Officer. “Scaling to more than 200 team members in such a short window is a direct reflection of the strong regional talent pool and our team’s operational focus.
