Your participation in the Coast Political Action Committee (PAC) helps give our company—and our industry—a seat at the table when it matters most. By pooling our resources, we're not only strengthening relationships with key decision-makers, we're also helping protect and grow the work we do. This quarterly update is our way of keeping you informed, showing our appreciation, and being transparent about how your contributions are used.

Formed in late 2024, Coast's PAC supports candidates and initiatives that align with our business interests—such as expanding access to federal contracts, supporting education and workforce development, and protecting the contact center industry. Every contribution you make amplifies Coast's voice on Capitol Hill and in the states in which we operate.

As of April 30, the Coast PAC had a balance of $16,104.20. Here's a quick look at how those funds have been used so far:

In May, Vice President of Marketing & Government Relations Brooke Singletary attended a reception with Congresswoman Julia Letlow, who represents Louisiana’s 5th Congressional District. Letlow’s district borders the district where Coast’s West Monroe office is located—by just a street—making her a key regional advocate. She serves on both the House Committee on Education and the Workforce and the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education—two critical areas as Coast continues to grow and expand its work in education services.

"Meeting with Congresswoman Letlow and her staff was eye-opening," Brooke said. "I had the rare opportunity to speak with her one-on-one for 15 minutes, followed by another half hour with her chief of staff. We discussed how upcoming shifts in student loan servicing could directly impact Coast—and how, if things align, we may be looking at hiring a substantial number of new employees in the next 9 to 18 months. With the possibility of a portion of those jobs based in her district, she was genuinely excited about the potential economic impact and remains a strong supporter of our work."

On June 11, Brooke will meet one-on-one with Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, who represents New York’s 24th Congressional District, which includes Coast’s headquarters in Geneseo. The meeting will take place over coffee in Washington, D.C. Tenney is a member of the powerful House Ways and Means Committee, which oversees tax policy and economic legislation. Her continued support is crucial as Coast grows and expands its federal contracts.
