Jim Benjamin, Director of Business Development

Jim Benjamin has over 40 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing and call center industries. He joined Coast in 2021, expanding on decades of executive experience with some of the nation’s largest government and private-industry companies. These include the US Department of Education, Army & Air Force Exchange Service, and several state agencies, including Indiana, Iowa, and Oklahoma. He has a Business Administration degree from Columbus State University and is a graduate of several executive leadership and management programs.
