AppDev, Top Performer
AppDev's top performer this month is Chad Dirks, for his assistance on the IRS line of business as well as his willingness to help others. Chad recently resolved issues around the reversal process, return review, and PADD sign date concerns. Chad always keeps his eye on processes to try and identify these issues as soon as possible and is always willing to jump in when needed. When a teammate needs help Chad makes time to assist and ensure his knowledge is shared across the team.
Client Service, Top Performer
Client Service wants to thank its top performer Jesca Conner for truly going above and beyond this season and for spreading joy and positivity throughout the office! From passing out thoughtful gifts and goodies to decking out the space with festive decorations, her efforts have made a significant impact on our team's morale and holiday spirit. Jesca's enthusiasm and dedication have not only brightened the workplace but have also brought everyone closer together.
Talent Acquisition, Top Performer
Talent Acquisition is pleased to recognize Meagan Goven! Talent Acquisition now has a new report that tracks weekly Talent Acquisition call volume. In the first week of reporting, the team successfully managed over 400 calls (both incoming and outgoing), and Meagan personally handled 139 of those calls, which is a significant achievement, especially considering this is in addition to maintaining all of her other Talent Acquisition responsibilities. A special recognition goes out to her for her outstanding performance, Great job, Meagan!
