VOORHEES, NJ (July 6, 2026) – Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast), a trusted provider of contact center and business process outsourcing (BPO) services, including debt collection, has opened a new office at 401 White Horse Road in Voorhees, New Jersey. Operations began on June 15, 2026, in the 36,056 square foot facility, which will support Coast’s expanding work across state government programs.

“Opening our Voorhees location marks an important milestone not only for Coast, but for the community we are proud to serve,” said Annmarie Buchanan, Chief Information Officer and Chief Information Security Officer. “Our teams invested tremendous effort to bring this site online by mid-June, and we remain committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities for local residents while supporting our partners with professionalism and integrity.”

The expansion reflects Coast’s continued growth and five decades of experience delivering secure, compliance-driven customer support, account servicing, and back-office solutions for public, private, and government clients. Coast’s work includes customer assistance, issue resolution, debt collection, and account servicing for revenue agencies, courts, municipalities, and higher education institutions.

Coast is hiring full-time, on-site Consumer Care Representatives and Representatives to support tax relief inquiries.
