Coast Professional, Inc. Marks 50 Years of Connections with Milestone Anniversary
GENESEO, NY (January 22, 2026) – Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast), a national contact center and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider, is celebrating its 50th anniversary—marking 50 Years of Connections and five decades of steady, organic growth as a privately owned company.
Founded in 1976, Coast has expanded from a single office into a multi-state organization known for its ability to handle complex, sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy. Today, Coast provides customer support, back-office processing, issue resolution, and debt collection services for public, private, and government clients nationwide.
“For 50 years, Coast has been built on trust, strong relationships, and doing what’s right,” said Jonathan Prince, Coast’s Chief Executive Officer. “50 Years of Connections reflects the impact of every interaction—not just with the consumers we help, but with the clients who trust us, the communities we support, and the employees who make our work possible. It captures our past, our present, and where we’re headed next.”
Coast has been recognized nationally across several key areas, including ethics, workplace culture, and the professional advancement of women. Its ethics awards reflect a deep commitment to honesty, transparency, and respectful consumer engagement. Workplace recognitions highlight a culture built on genuine support, career development, internal mobility, well-being initiatives, and long-term retention. Coast’s honors related to advancing women in the workplace stem from its commitment to equitable opportunities, leadership pathways, and cultivating an environment where women at every level feel empowered to grow.
These long-standing values have led to distinctions such as the BBB Torch Award for Ethics, multiple Stevie Awards for Women in Business, the Elevating Women Award, and a Top 15 global ranking in the 2025 Training APEX Awards—recognition reflecting Coast’s belief that ethical practices, strong leadership, and people-focused training create better outcomes for everyone. Coast’s continued commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by its recurring placement on the Inc. 5000 list, one of the most respected measures of entrepreneurial success and long-term organizational growth in the United States. As Coast celebrates this milestone year, the company is expanding its Coast Cares initiatives in ways that directly honor the anniversary theme. While Coast has always supported local nonprofits, schools, and volunteer projects across New York and Louisiana, this year’s efforts carry special significance. Signature events—such as the Coast Cares Education Open, which has raised more than $100,000 for local school districts, and Coast’s First Responders Day cookouts honoring hundreds of firefighters, paramedics, and law enforcement officers—will be elevated with 50th-anniversary elements and expanded community partnerships. Coast is celebrating 50 Years of Connections by giving back in bigger, more meaningful ways to the communities that have supported the organization for half a century.
“As we look ahead, our purpose remains the same: we are here to help people,” said Micah Pulliam, President and Chief Financial Officer at Coast. “Coast has grown over the past 50 years by earning trust and building strong, meaningful relationships. As we enter our next chapter, we remain focused on expanding our services, strengthening the communities we serve, and continuing to build a company where people feel supported, valued, and heard. We are committed to carrying the same purpose and integrity into the next 50 years that have guided us from the very beginning.”
