PERRY, NY (January 2026) – Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) has announced the opening of a new office location in Perry, NY, expanding its New York footprint and creating more than 200 full-time employment opportunities. The new site, located at 20 Parker Lane, is scheduled to open this month and will support Coast’s student loan collection operations.

To support hiring efforts, Coast will host open interviews at the new Perry location on Thursday, January 15, from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Candidates interested in consumer care and customer service roles are encouraged to attend.

Coast is hiring full-time Consumer Care Representatives, with starting wages ranging from $16.50-$17.00 per hour. Experienced representatives may qualify for $20.00-$25.00 per hour, along with unlimited monthly bonus potential and flexible scheduling options.

While the Parker Lane facility has supported contact center operations in the past, Coast’s investment marks a new chapter – one focused on employee development, workplace culture, and long-term community engagement.
