(Coast) are proud to announce the formation of BridgeCX, LLC (BridgeCX), a certified Mentor-Protégé Agreement (MPA) Joint Venture. The partnership brings together HSF’s proven performance as a federal contractor and Coast’s 49+ years of experience in contact center operations and business process outsourcing (BPO). HSF is a HUBZone-certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) known for delivering personalized, high-quality receivables management across public and private sectors.

BridgeCX operates U.S.-based contact centers and provides multilingual service, voice analytics, and full compliance with federal data security and privacy standards. The joint venture was created to help federal agencies meet small business subcontracting goals while delivering scalable, high-quality support for complex programs.
