EAST AURORA, NY (January 15, 2025) – Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) is thrilled to announce the promotion of Brent Henderson to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Mr. Henderson joined Coast in 2021 as Vice President (VP) of Human Resources (HR) and has almost 30 years of experience in the HR field.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Henderson will be responsible for implementing and enforcing HR strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, training and development, employee relations and retention, and employment processing, all while ensuring industry compliance. In addition to developing and executing strategic and operational plans, he will also advise on the impact of long-range planning of new programs and strategies.

Mr. Henderson is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) as awarded by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), as well as a Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-CP) as awarded by the Society for Human Resource Management.
